FOSTERING EXCELLENCE IN RECITATION.
"The most excellent of you is the one who learns the Qur'aan and teaches it"
- Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)
"I've always recited Qur'aan on my own time, believing the way I recited was sufficient. But, subhanAllah I learned so much in regards to giving the letters their rights. I can honestly say I feel more confident after I started this course. Although this journey of correcting myself in reciting more fluently was a bit of a challenge, with the continuation of this course, I will hopefully see myself reciting 100 times more better than I did earlier, inshaAllah."
"I am very well pleased with my improvement in my tajweed, I’ve used the knowledge and applied it. I hope though to be able to find a good strategy to memorize the Qur'aan and in intend to stay here to accomplish it, JazakAllah khairan."
"I really appreciated the dedication and effort put into the class, including teaching methods and classroom set up. The look and feel of going to a beautiful classroom to learn how to read the Book of Allah made every difference. I love getting ready for class knowing I am working to perfect my pronounciation of the words of Allah. May Allah reward you, you have been an inspiration! Ameen. I have been praying for a class like this for some time!"
"MashaAllah, the teacher is doing very good job. May Allah (SWT) bless her and her family. "
"Different learning strategies helped me improve and understand my errors!"
One would be shocked how much someone can change over the span of highschool, and all that is around us plays an important part in creating that change. I have been blessed with Izzah learning centre as a part of that in my journey. I started off mainly as a volunteer with younger children, and that had a huge impact on my life, I grew in compassion and understanding of other people. I started studying with Izzah as a student of the Quran two years ago, and I have stuck with them since. With excellent teachers who are not only knowledgeable in the Book of God, but also understanding, caring, and understand that learning the Quran is more than what is simply on our lips and much more about what is found in our hearts.
